Green Smoothie

This smoothie is high In fibre, low-sugar, and rich in vitamins and healthy fats {my favourite}.

Ingredient’s:

2 handfuls of spinach

1 tablespoon chia seeds

1 cup of almond milk or water

1 tablespoon coconut oil {optional}

1 apple—un peeled, cored and chopped

½ lemon—peeled and chopped

½ avocado

Directions:

Combine all in a blender pour into your favourite glass and savour – yum!
