Core Strength Yoga

This class is the beautiful pairing of two revered movement practices: Pilates and yoga. Core Yoga is a core focused class that pulls from the ancient asanas of yoga as well as the core centered movement of Pilates. We will flow through the fundamentals of both practices. There is an emphasis on creating that “long, lean, dancer body” as well as cultivating a centered focused mind. What more could you ask for? – All Levels

Yogalilies Yoga

The benefits of Yoga and Pilates can be found in Yogalilies Yoga, an exercise method combining the strength of Pilates and the flexibility of yoga. The workout integrates Yoga and Pilates training using a mind-body connection for improved physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. Lissa first suffered an injury while practicing and teaching yoga. She then turned to Pilates to increase strength and endurance. While she enjoyed the benefits of Pilates, she missed the flexibility and meditation found in a yoga practise. As a result, she devised Yogalilies Yoga, a fusion of both workouts.

The Yogalilies Yoga experience incorporates: soulful music, aromatherapy oils, Kundalini meditations and mantra’s adding to the experience of a truly life affirming class – Level 1/2

Yoga & Meditation

The core practice of yoga, which brings about the full awareness of our true nature. Though simple and easy to practice, its results are powerful and far reaching. But its ultimate fruit goes beyond the body and the mind, to connect us with a deep sense of inner awareness and plenitude – our inner Self – All Levels
