Private Yoga Sessions

Take your practice deeper through a session catered to you and your needs with one of Yogalilies nurturing and caring teachers. The various options below offer the yoga & Pilates practitioner a chance to explore various poses, limitations and challenges while the teacher provides attention to alignment, offers assists and adjustments, and helps the yogi open up to all the benefits a yoga practice can offer.

A 1 hour one-on-one private session at the studio can be scheduled weekdays 9:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. and varied weekends from 10:00am – 2:00pm. The investment is £45 per session.

Up to two additional people are welcome to join a private session for £15 additional per person. Groups larger than three people are charged as a ‘Yoga Partee’ For more information on scheduling a Yoga Partee at the studio, please email lissafoley@yogalilies.co.uk.

Private Pilates Sessions

Pilates provides a strength and relaxation workout. In Pilates your centre is your powerhouse, each exercise is controlled by the contraction of the abdominal and lower back muscles. The challenge is maintaining stabilisation of the core muscles whilst moving the limbs through all planes of movement. For the more advanced student, the addition of small equipment such as the Magic Circle, Hand Weights, Resistance Band and Small Ball add to the challenge by bringing an increased awareness to the target muscles and deep stabilizers.
