Restorative Yoga & Yoga Nidra Workshop with Pamela Galbraith
Are you feeling Stressed? Overworked? Need a break from the fast pace of daily life?
Come relax and rejuvenate with us at Yogalilies. During this workshop you will be guided through a calming sequence utilising props to support and gently open the body. Breath work, guided meditation, and energy work will be incorporated to promote deep relaxation and healing.
Restorative yoga is about BEING rather than doing. Bolsters and blankets offer complete support to allow muscle tension to release. Restorative Yoga has been shown to lower blood pressure, decrease stress and anxiety, increase mood, and decrease insomnia.
